LED ISSUES

If no picture

  • Make sure all is turned ON.

  • Check RJ45 connected to side of box.

  • Check connection between Kramer and sender box (HDMI to DVI cable)

 

If part of picture

Go to first cabinet that has no picture and check connection between Panels (ribbon        cables)

  • Trace ribbon cables back to sender cards they should have a green light for connection and a red light for power.

  • Check power supply to panel should have a green light within the power supply on cabinate door. (don’t touch its 240v)

  • If just a led panel out check all connections ribbon and power or replace as needed (matching the batch no). please ask before doing this.

  • Blue line across multiple panels is a fault on the first panel in the chain replacing that panel will fix this

  • Large black box where the image should be check all ribbon cables and the power supply it has a green light on. (top right corner) if not change as required (MAKING SURE TO TURN GENERATOR OFF)

 

Vision mixing

  • Check all hdmi cables via changing with one you have working

  • Make sure MacBook laptops are at 1080i and 50htz (how to see manual)

  • Windows Laptops should be at 50htz and 1920 x 1080 aspect

  • You can extend or duplicate the screens its your preference.
