Position Trailer and unhitch.

Disconnect all electric and brake away connections to tow vehicle.
 

Move vehicle out of the way

Level the Trailer. Using the Jack Legs front and back.

REMEMBER lower the front legs first then lift the jockey wheel before
lowering the rear legs.

This will stop the jockey wheel been crushed.

Once the trailer is level, un-bungie the roof front and back also along both sides pull the roof curtain to release it, this will just flap until roof is pushed out.

Lower the side decks of the stage . First make sure the roof is free from getting caught, on the deck. Lock the legs into position with the brace bar and level the deck. Make sure you do
not keep tightening the adjustable leg only adjust till the stage is level.

Safety pin the decks and the roof so they cannot move again

Install the hand rail remember the small hand rail goes where the steps go.

At this point drop the steps off
the stage to make access easier during the build but leave a gap between the steps and the deck for the curtain.

Install the wind meter into the raised position attaching the cable first and leave hanging loose on the stage.

Mention to the Organiser that they require a 16 amp feed to power the wind metre 

Install the curtails back and side. Roll up the door hole and stick the corner Velcro together if possible.

NOTE: Sometimes you are asked if they can rig the lighting before the roof is sent up, this is allowed so long as it is less then 100KG and it is evenly spread across the whole of the roof on the rigging bars. The lighting can be installed while you install the hand rail and the curtains

Raise the roof. This is achieved by removing all the pins from the uprights and using the hand pump located in the storage box. Pump the lever until the roof reaches
its height then put the pins back it. Release the hydraulics a little to allow the roof to sit back on there pins then lock they hydraulics off.

Install the truss legs between the deck and the roof.

When installed bolt these legs to the deck using the bolts in the box.

Fix the curtains to the decks. This is achieved with the bungees at the bottom of the curtain.
Secure each end of the bungie to the stage first then going from one end to the other hook the bungees under the stage onto the hooks there. This should tension the curtain and pull it down the stage

Fit the steps to the stage and level them.

They are attached to the hand rails and/or legs of the stage to stop them moving.

Attach the wire to the wind meter box and tape up out of the way

Make sure Power is connected and the wind meter is working

Fit the valance via the velcro strips to the front of the stage.

Start at one side of the stage near where the curtains end
and run it around to the other side.

If pa wings are fitted first push up the additional truss on the legs and lock into the upright position with a pin. Make sure the roof material is out of the way so it doesn't get caught before pushing the truss up

Install the outer leg. Adjusting the legs at the bottom of the truss to reach the ground and give
support. The adjustable legs should go as tight as possible

Install the bracing bars. These go between the upright legs on the stage and the pa wing truss. If the wings are being used for branding only then these braces will do, if the wings are been used for flying the PA an additional diagonal brace is installed from the outer leg back to one of the main roof uprights.

Place the decks out and install the legs. Level with wooden chocks as required.
