12 Sqm LED Screen Hire.

Our 12sqm Mobile LED Screen is a high-resolution P4.8mm Pixel, self contained outdoor display, complete with on-board diesel generator perfect for events of any size anywhere. Thanks to its fully hydraulic trailer system, the screen can be set up and operational within minutes upon arrival. It features a 6-metre lift height and 360-degree rotation for maximum visibility.

The 12sqm LED screen supports all digital SD & HD signals, including HDMI, and broadcast-standard SDI, ensuring seamless integration with any setup.

Overnight travel and accommodation where the working day exceeds 12 hours or delivery before 7am are charged on to the client at cost. For bookings of more than one day the highest charge day is used. For each additional hire day we make a charge at half the price of the first hire day. Further discounts apply for full weekend and longer period bookings.

15 Sqm LED Screen Hire.

Our one of a kind 15 sqm Mobile LED Screens are the most compact and highest resolution outdoor mobile screen in the country. Being a fully hydraulic set-up means the led screens are operational within 10 minutes of arrival the screen lifts to over 6 metres in height and rotates through 360 degrees.

Our 15 sqm screen can accept all types of analogue and digital SD & HD Signals. From consumer HDMI connections to broadcast standard SDI our equipment is built designed & supported in the UK.

28 Sqm LED Screen Hire.

The SCR28 is our sharpest mobile LED screen — 28 sqm (7m × 4m) of crystal-clear, camera-grade picture. A fine 3.9mm pixel pitch and high-contrast black-chip panels stay razor-sharp up close, while a camera-safe 3,840Hz refresh keeps it flicker-free on TV cameras and phones — ideal for filmed, streamed and broadcast events. Please note the SCR28 runs from an external 32A 3-phase (commando) supply and has no onboard generator, so we’ll confirm your site power at quote stage.

Our 48 sqm Big LED Screen is a sight to behold. Delivered on an urban articulated single axle trailer it is highly manoeuvrable and lightweight in comparable to other articulated truck based units. How early should I book my event equipment?

That’s a great question! The best time to book really depends on the time of year and the type of event you’re planning. For popular periods like bank holiday weekends and the first weekends of the summer months, we often see bookings as far as 1 to 3 years in advance, often from returning customers.

While we’re always expanding our equipment inventory to increase availability, it’s generally a good idea to book weekend events between May and the end of September on or before the start of the new year. For midweek events, such as school games or brand activations, booking 2 to 3 months in advance is usually sufficient.

Our detailed logistical planning takes place about 4 to 6 weeks before events. If you have some flexibility with your delivery and collection times, it increases the chances that we’ll still be able to support your event, even if you’re booking closer to the date.

Can I see the equipment before I book it?

Absolutely! We love connecting with our customers and believe it’s always best to see things firsthand, whether in person or via a video call.

While setting up and taking down equipment is quite time-consuming, especially during our busy summer months, we do offer viewings during the quieter winter period, subject to a confirmed reservation.

During our busier seasons, we’re often able to offer you the opportunity to attend other events where our equipment is being used. This way, you can see it in action and get a real feel for how it looks and operates. Just ask us if this is a possibility when you inquire!

What are your payment terms and accepted methods?

We aim to make the booking process as easy and affordable as possible. To secure the equipment and your chosen dates as outlined in your quotation, we require a low 20% non-refundable reservation fee. This is one of the lowest in the industry, as many others often require 50% upfront.

You can conveniently pay your reservation fee and the final balance via bank transfer. We also accept all major card types through a secure online payment link, offering you flexibility and peace of mind.

Once your reservation fee is paid, your booking is fully confirmed. The remaining balance is then due 30 days before your scheduled delivery date. We’ll send you a friendly reminder closer to the time!

What is the standard rental period for your equipment?

That’s a good question! Because every event is unique, we don’t have a strict “standard” rental period. However, the majority of our bookings are for weekends. For these events, we typically deliver the equipment to your site between Wednesday and Friday and then collect it the following Monday or Tuesday.

We also happily support a variety of other event types, including single-day pop-up events in city centres, as well as larger camps and festivals that can run for several weeks. So, no matter the duration of your event, we can tailor a rental period to suit your specific needs!

Do you offer technical support during events?

Yes, we absolutely do! While the vast majority of our equipment is reliable and events run smoothly without any issues, we understand that peace of mind is important. We’re always just a phone call away and ready to help troubleshoot should anything unexpected arise.

For more complex equipment, such as our LED screens, we can also provide on-site technicians if required. We’ll discuss this option with you during the booking process to ensure you have the right level of support for your specific event needs.

LED screen or projector?

A projector needs darkness. An LED screen does not. Every screen we hire is LED, so an afternoon cup final, a midday ceremony or a race finish at three o clock all work without waiting for dusk. If you have been quoted a projector and a screen for a daytime outdoor event, that is the compromise you are being asked to accept.

What a big screen hire costs

Screens start at £1,750 for a single day for the 12sqm SCR12 and run to £3,250 a day for the 48sqm SCR48. Weekend and weekly rates are in the price tables further up this page. Those are the real numbers, published, with no form to fill in first.

What the hire price includes

Delivery to site and collection afterwards, anywhere in the UK and Ireland
Set-up and de-rig by our own crew — the screen travels on its own trailer, so there is no separate build crew to book
A screen technician on site for the duration of the hire
Screen, rigging, cabling and power distribution from your supply
Playback from your source: laptop, live camera feed, broadcast television, or a playlist we load for you

Quoted separately if you need them: generator power, camera crew and vision mixing, and content production.
